Hello!
My name is Shally and I am excited to share with you, the best you deserve. I bring two decades of experience in teaching and leadership expertise in the field of education and management for both private schools and NGOs. I grew up in Siem Reap, Cambodia, where I began my career as an EFL instructor in a local NGO in 2004. I have taught beginners through advanced levels. I have also served as a director within the curriculum, providing expertise in the areas of literacy, personalization, curriculum design, community language teaching (CLT), classroom assessment, and professional learning communities. As a manager, I oversee all non-academic aspects of the school's operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment that supports the educational mission. My leadership philosophy is built on strong relationships, open communication, and a belief that a good leader nurtures leadership in others. I have another qualification as a personal trainer and have been training many athletes throughout Siem Reap community.

My goal is to trigger teenagers, and young adults, and spread inspiration for good to others. By giving true life-line I have been accomplished for the past years. Even though years and years of hardship, but there is hope on the path to making it work. I do believe this will help people succeed and make meaningful on their way as well. Through charitable development through different communities, my positive philosophy will show locals and who else in the world the way of life.
