Shally Toun
Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership, Department of Education
Leadership Coach and Consultant, Shally serves as an Association Director in Operations at CISP and supports leadership development. He grew up in Siem Reap, Cambodia, where he began his career as an EFL instructor in a local NGO in 2004. Over the past twenty years, his work experience has taught beginners through advanced levels and he has worn many hats. He has held a variety of leadership positions, including Teacher, Manager of the school, Managing Director, and Director in Operations. Despite his broad experience, Shally remains a teacher at heart, channeling his passion into supporting individuals and organizations through consulting, coaching, leading, and training workshops.
Shally is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC). His leadership philosophy is built on strong relationships, open communication, and a belief that a good leader nurtures leadership in others. Beyond leadership, he enjoys working out and is a professional personal trainer.

My goal is to trigger teenagers, and young adults, and spread inspiration for good to others. By giving true life-line I have been accomplished for the past years. Even though years and years of hardship, but there is hope on the path to making it work. I do believe this will help people succeed and make meaningful on their way as well. Through charitable development through different communities, my positive philosophy will show locals and who else in the world the way of life.
